It all started with a vision of two developers, Jim Ellegood and J.R. Damron, to create a community of business reflectig Santa Fe’s diversity. From that vision in 1989, Plains Eagle Corporation was formed, and so began the development of he Richards Avenue Business Park. Today, over 50 companies populate the sprawling business park and form the foundation of one of the largest and most diverse I-1 developments geographically located in the very business “heart” of Santa Fe, New Mexico.
